*New students please note that the ISTD has 6 grades where RAD has 8 grades, therefore they are not equivalent and a grade 3 RAD is not the same level as a grade 3 ISTD*

Our Ballet Classes are ideal for those who really enjoy ballet and want to perform. Our emphasis is on performance ballet skills and all levels are welcome. We follow the ISTD classical ballet syllabus and children are encouraged to take exams. Techniques learnt in ballet are the foundation for all other dance genres.

PAAW students have previously worked with The Royal Ballet School, Elmhurst Ballet School, English Youth Ballet and Ballet Cymru as well as representing Wales at the Dance World Cup.
